Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes — walk-ins are welcome. Mornings are usually the fastest time to come in.
Do I need an appointment for a DOT physical?
Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins may be available depending on the day. If you’re on a tight
schedule, booking online is best.
What should I bring for fingerprinting?
Bring a valid photo ID and any ORI / agency information if required. If you’re not sure what you need,
call us before you come in.
Can an employer send a driver for a pre-employment drug test?
Yes. The employer should provide the driver with a completed authorization form (paper or electronic)
and any instructions required.
What if I don’t see my service in online booking?
Call 407-859-1880 — we’ll confirm what you need and help you schedule or come in as a walk-in.
